Hmmm. Sounds like they need to also shift into an actual bike repair effort too. Replacing the bikes because of a hole in the tire or a broken chain or worn brakes sucks. Granted these Walmart kids bikes are very junky. Blaming the kids being rough on them for failing in a year isn’t taking into account that these things are designed to sell and not last. They’re given features outside of their price range and thus material capability.
