Just started our kombucha journey this year and our cherry tree was super productive so we blended some and added it to the second ferment. Turned out super good! It’s good to be here, already seeing some recipes we’re excited to try. Any good tea recommendations? We’d love any decaf/no-caf tea recommendations people have.
I won’t be able to tell you for a week unfortunately. They were what our local brewing store had available that were safe for carbonation. Not sure on the size but we get 3 full per gallon with plenty leftover to feed the next gallon.
