    Mamdani addressed this on an interview with the local ABC affiliate: rich people are only a quarter as likely to move out of NYC than regular folk, and when they do move out it tends to be to other high-tax areas. See, turns out rich people like things like the Met Opera and eating at Le Bernardin that you can’t get in low-tax flyover country.
