Unfortunately Daniel Dubois is out with some sickness against Joseph Parker, so Martin Bakoli is the stand-in, this also means Dubois’ interim title is not on the line.
Looking forward to the main event between Bivol and Betterbiev, the last one was so close.
I’m also interested in Shakur Stevenson vs Josh Radley for the WBC lightweight title I’ve not watched a lot of Stevenson so keen to see more.
Finally Big Bang Zhang is back against Agit Kabayel, should be straight forward for Zhang but at heavyweight you never know!

I had Zhang picked like you did but boy was I wrong. Was really impressed with Kabayel. After the first round he changed up and went on the front foot throwing combos to Zhang’s body. Negated Zhang’s reach to some extent (still got knocked down though). Zhang looked like he was going to die from exhaustion at the end. Probably a combination of the body shots and old age.
Was really disappointed Dubois pulled out. I picked Parker to win that one against Bakole. I think Parker has shown that he is an elite heavyweight.
Also the fight between Callum Smith and Joshua Buatsi was fun to watch, better than I thought.
Yeah the Smith V Buatsi fight was good!
All things considered I thought Josh Padley did better than expected against Stevenson, seemed to have more success in the early rounds then some better fighters have had.
Really enjoyed the headline fight, do you think Bivol had a problem with his right arm or legs? The commentators were making a big show about it, but i thought he was saving himself for later rounds.
I actually didn’t see it yet, I’ve been meaning to but life keeps getting in the way. I heard it was a great fight and people are calling for a trilogy. I think boxing commentary can be really misleading sometimes. Sometimes if I turn the sound off I’ll view a fight in a totally different way. I really gotta see that fight.
Yep, totally agree commentary can sometimes be too distracting.
