Hi everyone, I own a few LPs and Sundowning and Take Me Back To Eden by Sleep Token are among them. The problem is that they do not sound right. Granite for example has the right pitch, but the wrong speed and Are You Really Ok? gets both horribly wrong, as does Bloodsport. The Sundowning Album says it is in 33 RPM but Take Me Back To Eden says it is in the normal 33 1/3 RPM. I don’t know if the third actually makes that much of a difference. I have a Pro-Ject E1 (I think) and most (I didn’t try all of them) of my records sound correct. Do any of you know whether the Sleep Token LPs are just badly pressed? I think I will try to adjust the speed and see if that helps, but I doubt it… It just really sad as I love the band and the music and even have a beautiful edition of the Take Me Back To Eden Album…

I will definitely look up the pressings. My turntabke is super new actually so I think that is out of the equation. Setup is as follows: Pro-Ject E1 -> Wiim Ultra -> Klipsch The Sixes Preamp in the Wiim and digitalization also in the Wiim.

I do not use any EQ though that should have nothing to do with my problem…
