In West Seattle north of the Junction, the best one is Belvedere Park. Great hill length and speed without being too crazy for the little ones. Also Hamilton Viewpoint is a great spot.

There are lots of good spots on some of the steeper hills along the Chief Sealth Trail in South Seattle.
I second that.
If you want to see people “sledding” in cars, you can visit Dawson St on the west side of Beacon.
