What do you mean by ‘never loads’? Are you getting a DNS failure, is it failing to load certain resources, or is it just timing out on the initial connection?
Try it in Toe Browser. It displays a captcha that requires JavaScript and won’t load in strict mode.
This is why I can’t use some news websites, so using archive.is is not a solution to it
