Since posting the link, I’m concerned it may not be.
From a quick perusal, it seems to have an establishment bias.
‘Everything’s okay in Africa, also free speech needs limiting, etc…’
They posted an article about the military’s involvement, and research involving human brain cells without taking about ethics once, and only in an optimistic way. As if they’re selling us something.
This sounds like a great idea. Let’s start the implants on the politicians and their families first.
