        Boringly enough, Google lens gave me exact matches to your image and the captions were in Russian, but did not give a name. The image I posted was another result farther down.

    No, but I reversed the order of the two images so you can look at them through a 3d viewer (or just uncross your eyes a bit so the images line up). They were taken at slightly different positions, probably from a moving aircraft so you can get some depth perception.
