Charges against a man accused of injuring a Montgomery County Precinct 2 Constable’s Office investigator during the Ironman Race have been dropped after video evidence showed the investigator kicking the man's vehicle.

    Yes, but the cop outright lied by claiming he was hit.

    The driver should get their $200 fine, but the cop essentially attempted to frame another person.
