While you were analyzing media, I was watching Red Cliff, I was watching The Fastened the Furious, I was watching https://letterboxd.com/film/the-return-of-the-texas-chainsaw-massacre/, I was watching literally 250 borderline plotless Shaw Brothers tier kung fuxploitation movies

While you were reading Adorno & calling media fascist, I was reading Adorno’s review of Destruction of Reason where he criticizes the author lukacs-stare for being imprisoned by fascists (“conscious of his own impotence”).

Minimal invasion to the extreme, they talk like Taiwan has already gotten too addicted to their pop culture and will be swallowed up naturally within a decade anyways. 🤔💭 On social media anyways

July 20, 2023 • According to the China National Space Administration (CNSA), the first extravehicular activity of the Shenzhou-16 (神舟十六) was completed on 20 July 2023, at 13:40 UTC (21:40 China Standard Time). During the spacewalk lasting about eight hours, astronauts Jing Haipeng (景海鹏, commander) and Zhu Yangzhu (朱杨柱) “completed several tasks, including the installation and lifting of the support frame for a panoramic camera outside the Tianhe core module, and unlocking and lifting of two panoramic cameras outside the Mengtian lab module”. Astronaut Gui Haichao (桂海潮) provided support from inside the space station, including operating the robotic arm. Shenzhou-16 (神舟十六) is the fifth crew of three astronauts on a mission to the China Space Station (中国空间站). I’m sure you know about their space station but here’s an interesting renewable rocketry too development

An American company has been working on something similar: https://www.battelle.org/markets/health/medical-technology/neurotechnology/neurolife

I’m glad China is working on it too, probably going to find some blindspots and improve the tech overall.
