Thanks. There is a community darkroom in Oslo that I’ll probably use for making prints. I do plan on shooting quite a bit though, so I figured I might try doing the actual film rolls myself, as I can’t really get there that often with it being at the other side of town from where I live.

Planning on purchasing this starter kit from a local photography store. They also develop B&W, but I’d start saving money pretty quickly by doing it myself. I did develop some film back in 2005 or something like that, but I don’t remember much of it. I expect to mess it up the first couple of times!
After that I’ll be scanning myself. So after getting that kit, it should hopefully not be to expensive a hobby in the long run.

I’m still 2 years away from a new work laptop (my current one is doing just fine anyway), but when the time comes, I might go for this. Was thinking about going ThinkPad+Linux anyway.
Proton. They have a mail aliases feature where you can create temporary email addresses which forward to your account. Then, if you start getting junk you didn’t ask for, or have trouble unsubscribing, you just delete the alias.
I always use it because then I’ll never forget to use it.
Would be cool if we could define our own custom algorithm, but I guess that might be taxing the servers to much if we could.

I agree with this, however, I also don’t think they should be allowed to call it purchasing. If you don’t own something, then you didn’t purchase it. The button for games like these should be “long-term rental” or something to that effect.
I feel that would grab our European balls more than theirs. Practically everyone is heavily invested in AWS, Azure or GCP with few actual European alternatives, and migration to a new provider being a massive undertaking for a lot of those projects.
And the numbers in Norway shot back up with the arrival of the new model Y. Turns out people were just waiting for the new model.
Model Y is now the most sold car in Norway so far this year and the model 3 is up 300% compared to the same time frame last year (Jan->March).
Curious if something similar happened in other European countries.

Not sure I understand the comparison. Steam DRM is easy to remove, and there’s no device to jailbreak as it’s just a PC.
They just replace the code-in-a-box releases we had with gen 1 of the switch. They’re still doing the regular cartridges with the game on the card.
