Look i just bought an s25, it has like 7 years of support, i hope the world fixes itself by then and i can get a proper 6 inch phone without sacrificing too much. Am i overly optimistic, yes, but look what else can you do nowadays.

Wish it was ranked choice voting. For me the list is: removable battery, expandable storage, ir blaster, headphone jack. I think repairablity is the most important and i never use the headphone jack but do use ir sometimes so thats the only reason its last. On phones with oled screens notification light is a software feature and fm requires the headphone jack.

Of course I have to warn, because I’m hungarian, that I might be biased but I do believe he indirectly caused the deaths of thousands or even tens of thousands. They embezzled billions in funds meant for hospitals, daycares, incubators, agriculture, etc which lead to a great amount of misfortune. Every day people die from preventable diseases because either the medical institutions are under-equiped and understaffed or because of the huge quality of life gap that has developed between the rest of the eu and hungary due to inflation and stagnating, sometimes decreasing, pay. After all this the most incriminating action was that during the covid pandemic they embezzled money directly meant for buying intubators and more hospital beds which lead to more people having to be triaged, get left for dead, because of the actions of Orbán and his gang. This isn’t even one percent of the grief that they have caused over these 15 years. I am against the death sentence in almsot any case but this time its because i want to see him rot in a fucking prison cell for the rest of his life.

Why do people not realize? Apple doesnt have to be competitive. It just locks everyone inside their ecosystem and now those people will spend 2000$ on a folding slab every year instead of 1000$ on a slab that doesnt fold.

I think you kinda reinvented something they already do in the middle east. I have no idea what the name is but they sometimes sell something similar but i think thats made with a hot press and the flesh of the fruit.

Yeah sadly that doesnt work here in eastern europe because communism and even social democratism(what this actually is) is associated with the ussr which was a truly horrible regime.

These loss figures are always fun. Me pirating a game i would NEVER have played otherwise is not a 50€(with todays game prices, 80€) loss for the company. On the other hand there are games that i pirated first because i wasnt sure it would be worth it for me to buy it and then actually bought it when i decided it would be fun to play and wanted to support the company.

Huh thats stupid. You would think they have a database which they check a hash against at least or something. For the user it would look like everything is excepted but in the backend they would only count the valid ones so you cant brute force it. But of course governments never think about stuff like this so why did i expect it was like this.

For me i had to write my personal number which is not something you could just guess on the fly so i dont think its so easy to fake signatures.

Ohh lol i just wrote c instead of c++. It was so low level anyway that i could just write clean c and it usually compiled as c++. But thst was already in highschool for me where they actually gave a fuck about us unlike in primary.

Oof, i can feel anon. Actually true probably, similar stuff happened to me. Also getting this writte in as bad behaviour as well. I started so many arguments with teachers because they were bullshitting. Maths is one thing, i was really into it as a child(still am) but i understand why a teacher has to teach things in order. Of course this could be solved with more resources, and more importantly, distrobuting resources better by having a bit more personalized education. But what i was on about is that its very common(in eastern europe at least) for teachers to spread actual complete fucking bullshit. The amount of times they took disciplinary action against me because i corrected their batshit insane claims is just sad. This mainly happened until 5th and 6th grade where i got to the conclusion that just discussing what we covered during the class, after the class, was a good way of clearing up the mess. Of course i knew way too much for a 10 year old(had an autistic sister who loved to infodump me, we still engage in it time to time ^_) but the point is that if a 10 year old is constantly correcting his teachers theres a problem in the system. I hoped that more western systems would be better but actually i dont see (sweden in my case) being much better for children even with everyone hyping it up. Well sorry for the rant, idk what could actually solve these problems exactly as im not an expert but i really hope we adress it one day…
