I know right! Even when I use accurate prompting to get around issues like that I still get weird hands with my generated images.
Are you using any hand-specific negative embeddings? adetailer also can do a decent job of fixing hands with the hand segmentation.
Most of the hands seem to come out okay. Maybe she was born with an extra digit lol
