Interesting read, although it’s a shame it was basically only ever used for trading currency and exp in fighting games. The GBA-GCN link cable got some more interesting uses (I betcha the Tiny Chao Garden is a recycled form of Sonic Pocket Adventure’s cut Sonic Adventure 2 connectivity) and then the Wii U took that idea to the extreme but we all know how that ended. Are there any games you wish had console/handheld connectivity or any ideas you wish were tried with it?
