Apple Inc. could be forced to scale back its App Store fees for developers after one of the European Union’s antitrust watchdogs said its commissions violate the bloc’s rules.

    This will be irrelevant soon when the DMA takes effect in March. Developers will be free to sell directly to consumers using whatever payment methods they wish, via the app.
