    Billions of devices run traffic cone software. VLC is like the single pillar of stability in my life, if anything were to happen to it I may crumble into dust

      How to tell someone you watch Technology Connections without telling them you watch Technology Connections (also idk but I just tried a Buffy DVD and it appeared to work fine, whereas my beloved mpv just spat out a bunch of garbage unfortunately)

        I knew about line 21 and was a frequent user long before the TC video but it was a pretty good one, I wasn’t even aware computer media players could do it. Nice!

        I’ve just found the performance to be way better. Where VLC would stutter or glitch on seeking, mpc-hc played through without a hitch.
