    Spoiler Strategy discussion

    I always go for human first (but I don’t think it really matters what your first guess is) and when the last common ancestor is Bilateria it’s most likely some sort of arthropod. When it’s Gnathostomata it’s some sort of shark or ray, when it’s Amniota it’s a reptile or bird and Tetrapoda is amphibians.

    There’s super few amphibians and sharks/rays in this so getting Tetrapoda or Gnathostomata means you’re basically already there.

    Percomorpha and Laurasiatheria are my nightmare orders because they have soooo many suborders.

      Glad you like it, I do have to confess that I nearly went into studying biology and still consider evolutionary bioligy a special interest, so this is very interesting to me and I also feel very knowledgeable about the tree of life.
