A guy on reddit posted photos of two air tankers with F-15 escorts, a B-1B, and a B-52, flying over Somerset some 7 hours ago. The B-52 was loaded with what looked like JASSMs, which is essentially an air-launched cruise missile, intended to keep the plane out of SAM range. FWIW, it’s what they’ve been lobbing for the past few weeks anyway.
