Counting or not counting income tax?
$30/hr is what I would need to live dignified in a 3rd tier city. Not even purchasing a home, just living in a safe apartment complex that’s less than 50% of my income.
$30/hr in New York or SD/SF/LA would make me some new kind of communist where I call anyone who recommends a guillotine too right-wing because they believe in mercy.
I guess with AI and robots doing jobs there will be less people working.
