    I’m convinced those SNAP funds Trump’s supposed to be paying out were spent. States should say “No, fuck off” for the funds handed out for SNAP in their states, and keep any federal taxes unpaid and in an escrow until they get the federal funds and services they’re entitled to. If blows up into a civil war, then fuck it, it was meant to happen. Blue America should’ve been done subsidizing Red America a long time ago.

      That’s not how federal (income) taxes work. They get paid directly from the employer (or worker, in the case of the self-employed) to the Federal government without passing through the State.
