If Diviner Wizards could force reroll on the random encounter table, it would be the most powerful class in the game.
One of our players ran a gnome Diviner with the Lucky feat, letting him reroll a bunch of times per day. He claimed to have invented a new school of magic, retconjuration.
Chronomancy is the greatest magic there is.
Also, yoink! That’s fuckin’ gold. 🤌🏼
“Some of them”
Tibearius?
From Critical Role I’m assuming they’re talking about. He was a wizard character in the beginning of campaign one.
I haven’t watched or listened to too much, but so far, I really like his character, but I heard he gets kicked out later for being a bad player or something so I’m sure he gets more annoying as it goes on.
He was a sorcerer who was well spoken so he came across as wizard-y.
Yeah, the player got kicked out for a drug problem, I heard.
Oh right, forgot he spent sorcery points. He really did come off as a wizard lol.
And that explains it. That does sound sorta familiar. The Critical Role community has done a good job of staying quiet about it and not acknowledging that whole situation.
Oh. I’ve heard about that.
Then again, I was going for the Tibearius angle. Guess I should work on make my humour more notable.
Ohhhhh /whoosh on me lol
IIRC, he got kicked for lying about his rolls. 🤷🏼♂️
Tiberius running out of spells? I don’t think so.
He cheated like hell. Also never ran out of creepy energy.
Yeah, I’m not sure where the “drug problem” came about. I’ve only seen mention of the ban stemming from being a lying shitheel & a creep.
