@Lay very nice! top pixel art, I wish I was that good. excellent use of color in your palette. Is this for a game or just stand-alone pixel art?
Unfortunately no, I’m not a gamedev nor do I have the skills for it. I like doing fanart, this one is from Mass Effect. As for how much you want to be good at pixelart, just keep at it, try different things, challenge yourself, and you will eventually become better with days.
