⭕️ We welcome the recently reached agreement on a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the release of detainees.
⭕️ UNRWA has pre-positioned stocks of food, medicine, and other essential supplies, enough to sustain Gaza’s population for three months.
⭕️ UNRWA teams inside Gaza will play a central role in implementing the agreement, providing essential services such as healthcare and education.
⭕️ More than 660,000 children are eagerly waiting to return to their classrooms, as UNRWA teachers prepare to accompany them on this challenging educational journey.
⭕️ We urge all UN member states to provide the necessary support so the agency can continue delivering its lifesaving services during this critical stage.
