Some of my favorite random quality of life things about this game that I haven’t really seen in other MMOs include…

• The ability to mount while running

• The fact that quest items respawn faster than the enemies guarding them so you can finish fetch quests faster

• The fact that you can double click the minimap to open the big map

I’m sure there’s more (feel free to add to the list), but that’s just what’s in my head right now, and I wanted to express my appreciation for them :D
