i mean dogs are kind of menace. its good they are taking some initiative. however, the dialoguebazi of the judge is really not necessary.
Dogs are not as big a menace as they’re made to be, potholes and road accidents or even Delhi’s AQI kill magnitudes more. Supreme Court took a suo moto and delivered this brainless judgement which will waste state resources without even achieving what they set out to do, on the contrary it’ll only spike theft and burglary.
