    Neat! Now I’m curious if this will lead to the same default in Electron. Though I haven’t been paying enough attention to know whether Electron has Wayland support turned by default already.

      It doesn’t have default support but can with environment variable.

      Steam uses Chromium as well, right? With Wine merging all the Wayland stuff we’re hopefully not that far away from Steam with full Wayland support.

        Btw, just in case you’re not aware, you can run Steam games in native Wayland even while Steam itself is running through XWayland. I put instructions at the bottom of this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/linux_gaming/comments/1ifkziz/
