In summary, the verifiable facts in the whistleblower article are scant. We can confirm that ES&S voting software was modified via ECO 1188 shortly before the election (more on that later), and we know that a significant portion of Democratic voters were indeed predisposed to suspect something was amiss in Trump’s victory – polls at the time showed roughly four-in-ten Harris voters doubting the result’s legitimacy, a mirror image of Republican sentiment after 2020. But the core assertion of an NSA-authorised audit flipping the outcome is, at least so far, unsupported by any evidence outside Zarnowski’s telling.
