        He’s stating facts about his observations, not endorsing their actions. I assume that he wants more people to speak out against the administration, but is also sympathetic to the legitimate concerns of people who he personally knows. It is easy to tell people they should risk their own safety from behind a keyboard. But I assume there is nuance here, and he was only quoted two sentences in the article.

    I mean it was kinda hard rebelling against a government that was… making it easier for gay people to get married.

    This administration is much more in line with what punks like to rebel against. I expect to see revivals in genres like folk, punk, and blues. As times get worse, those types of music get better.

    But hey, maybe I’m the faggot, America.
