- Always put a little oil/butter in the pan first.
- Make sure the pan is hot before adding the eggs. (Wet your hand and flick droplets onto the pan, make sure the droplets sizzle when they hit.)
AKA, learn how to fry an egg in a regular pan and not rely on cancer giving tech to replace skill.

I resisted for decades, but seriously guys… Get a cast iron. They are more nonstick than any nonstick pan after five or more uses. I’d even argue a single use in most cases.
To be clear, they are super nonstick if you use them right (oil after cleaning or before cooking).
Yeah just avoid those pans altogether.
