Been really wanting to play this one. I have a co-worker with similar JRPG tastes to my own and he put it as his #3 behind Chrono Trigger and FF6.
Ooo that is high praise, as a fellow FFVI lover. I’m working through FFX at the moment and have a big backlog, but maybe I buy CO:E33 and push it to the front of the line?
I hear that. I’ve been replaying Death Stranding 1 before I start Death Stranding 2, but starting E33 is always on my mind. I have several other co-workers singing its praises as well, I just give this particular one’s opinions more weight.
On Final Fantasy, while acknowledging that VI is better in nearly every way, I prefer IV. It’s purely for nostalgia reasons haha. Chrono Trigger is always my GOAT though.
