Specifically, Wyden zeroed in on Suspicious Activity Reports (SARS) that were filed with the U.S. Department of the Treasury that include “information on more than 4,725 wire transfers involving Epstein’s accounts” that total $1.5 billion in value.
“I am convinced that the DOJ ignored evidence found in the U.S. Treasury Department’s Epstein file, a binder that contains extensive details on the mountains of cash Epstein received from prominent businessmen that Epstein used to finance his criminal network,” Wyden writes in the letter.
The Treasury Department has this information because that’s where banks file suspicious activity reports, or SARS. Wyden’s letter says his staff has documented that Epstein-related filings by banks contain “information on more than 4,725 wire transfers involving Epstein’s accounts, all of which merit further investigation.”

The just thing to do would have been to prosecute Trump according to the law.
The electorally savvy thing to do would have been to at least bring it up during the election cycle.
I was easier on Biden than most progressives. I could see that a lot of the legislation he publicly pushed for just got gutted by the likes of Manchin and Sinema. The Democrats had a tenuous majority, but not a supermajority, so they were limited in what Congress could accomplish. A lot of his progressive executive orders were overridden by an illegitimate Republican Supreme Court. But man… If he just sat on this for the entirety of his term that’s pretty damning.

Also, if Biden released it, trump’s supporters would never believe that trump was actually on it. It’s a lose-lose situation. They found a huge amount of super duper classified shit in his bathroom next to the toilet and they didn’t blink an eye. They also have a shit ton of evidence that’s been out there for years that he’s into young girls. I don’t think anyone predicted his supporters would care.
