Our CEO just announced he was stepping down to be the CTO and bringing in a new CEO. He made it sound like it was all his idea when it’s obvious the board is forcing him to do it because he sucks terribly at being a CEO. My boss also announced he’s quitting.

The new CEO is from Israel. I started applying for other jobs too.
