It would effect everyday people’s pensions and 401(k)s, and end all legal recourse consumers and small investors have to get their money back. We all need to call ALL Delaware reps, even if we’re not from Delaware, because this bill has bipartisan support and is extremely likely to pass.

I called my Dem rep yesterday and will be on a town hall with him tonight. They need to be working on the reasonable Republicans (it’s the house, there are some) to kill this altogether.

Democrats need to recognize that standing in the way of a bad thing is a good act, and that there is no value in helping to facilitate the actions of government if those actions are going to do damage.
