Roughly 1/4 Canadians have an unfavourable view of NATO, while about 2/3 view it favourably.
Honestly, 1/4 for a topic that gets discussed basically never is pretty decent IMO.
That’s just Quebec we’re kinda based.
One of my neighbors is anti NATO, and my classmates were as well. I still remember them talking about the war in Ukraine and Plaestine, but it was at the time I didn’t know about these conflicts.

I kid, I kid!
…mostly.
many
I bet dozens of Canadians oppose NATO!
About a quarter. 10 million people
Many Canadians support NATO.
Also, who would benefit from Canada leaving NATO?
The whole world would benefit from NATO being torn into a thousand pieces and thrown to the wind
Everybody in Canada would benefit if the resources Canada devotes to NATO could be redirected to actually improve lives of people who live in Canada. Should be pretty obvious.
But how will they exploit the Global South then?
Seems like that gig is coming to an end now anyways. Looks like exploitation will be increasingly turned inward going forward.
