This is just an inconvenience for night owls.
It’s a curfew. They’re trying to improve things with a curfew. It’s pathetic. They need cops to actually do their jobs. And they need to get rid of the homeless.

I think the term you’re looking for is neighborhood. The Tenderloin is definitely not a suburb; it doesn’t get more urban than that.
