    Death penalty has no place today. It’s barbaric, and, at least in america, it’s like 5% of those executed are innocent. I don’t know the exact number, but that’s not good enough. Imagine waking up one day to be executed and you did nothing wrong.

      You can always release somebody from prison, you can’t pick them up from the afterlife.

    Good, death is an escape from punishment. If you want someone to suffer for their crimes, keep them alive and miserable in jail. The only hell is the one we live in now.

        That’s what the Spanish Constitution says in its article 25, and I agree.
