It sure as shit can (and should) if you work more than 12 hours in a day. At least in California.

First thing I thought of, when I clock out but worked more than 10 hours it asks me if I had my second lunch or choose to waive it
“totally not a second lunch”
“third lunch to keep my fat-ass fatter”
“no, this isn’t my fourth lunch, stop spying on my calandar, Bill”
